Having recently relocated from the Greater Toronto Area, Alan is joining us as the Director of Property Management. After nearly a decade of managing over 160 units at any one time, Alan offers an extensive background in property management, maintenance and client relations. He enjoys spending his spare time with friends and family, working on his new home in Collingwood and carries a passion for culinary arts and entertainment.

Alongside Alan, we welcome our team’s new mascot, Charlee.

Charlee made her journey to us all the way from Budapest, Hungary, arriving just one month ago. At just 5 months old, she is settling in well and getting to know her surroundings. Charlee is an abundance of energy, love and affection to everyone she meets and is looking forward to meeting each of our tenants in the coming weeks.
