Real Estate Analyst, Co-Venture Agreements
Business Strategist and Asset Acquisition

As the Company Secretary and Co-Founder of Elevated Wealth Creations Inc. and Property Management, I bring the cool head to the table. I spend a lot of time with our investors and potential clients to help them understand the strategy behind deals they are entering into, and help structure their portfolio to maximize their asset values. I've always had that knack of being able to analyze a property or investment in my head. I'm not likely going to be the first person to jump up and down, but when I say it's a good deal, it's a good deal. I also oversee the finances of the co-venture deals and liaise with the various company accountants and bankers to ensure we are fully compliant, and most importantly, fully transparent.

With a previous career in international finance, I was very fortunate to have travelled the world and negotiated win-win deals in many countries. I've been investing in real estate since 1998 when I arrived home from a UK auction house one evening, declaring to my wife, “I think we bought some houses today!!” Since then, I've helped create a real estate co-venture development company in Manchester, flipping and renovating more homes than I can remember, and then built portfolios in the USA and Canada. I feel privileged to have gained an Ontario Real Estate License in 2005 and a Brokers License in 2011. I presently hold a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute designation that includes case history study of real estate transactions and contracts. I also serve on the local Real Estate Board as part of the disciplinary committee. Along the way, we built a property management company that services properties all over Simcoe County and continues to grow today. Having helped hundreds of clients in various Real Estate Transactions — many as a co-venture — and invested personally in Businesses, Residential and Commercial/Industrial Real Estate and Lending, I feel I am uniquely positioned to help you understand and create that real estate portfolio for your family.

I've been referred to within my peer group as the Realtors Realtor: the person they come to when they just need someone to figure it out. Although Kelly may refer to me as 'Mr. Spreadsheet', I'll be the first to point out that as soon as you allow people into the equation, all bets are off and you need a super organizer to ensure the ship stays on track. I'll pick the pieces up along the way and ensure that we not only arrive at a destination, but we arrive at the right destination, profitable and on time.

I'm a firm believer in the philosophy of helping others achieve what they want, and they will, in turn, help you attain what you want. I believe the Why is far more important than the What or the How. I'm a very strong team player. No matter what, the strong team surrenders the Me for We, and that includes you, our investor.

In those rare moments of downtime or the day off, what do real estate people do? Well, in my house with my wife, Caroline, who is also a very accomplished Real Estate Broker, we typically would be looking at real estate for sale, relaxing with a round of golf and a glass of wine, or planning a vacation in the sun. A personal goal for me is to attain a pilots license (Work in Progress) so the weekend away can be a little further away — golf clubs, a nice glass of wine, Caroline, and maybe one of the three children right there beside me.
